Interim Site Manager (Germany)
Interim Search has been commissioned to recruit an interim Site Manager to a global manufacturing company with a factory and service center based in the Düsseldorf/Cologne Area.
The interim consultant will manage both factory- & service center related operations.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Drive and support the factory so it has the right resources (machinery, people, competence, quality, delivery, cost etc) to achieve longterm business results.
- Responsible for the overall performance, the end-to-end supply chain and the constant development of the factory.
- Responsible for leading, developing and securing a high performing Service Centre organization (about 30 white & blue collars) in line with the overall Service strategy in order to create an excellent customer experience and meet the Service market demands.
- Fully responsible for the Service Centre cost forecast and result including investments and monitor progress against financial targets.
- Ensure that jobs are executed according to importance in close cooperation with sales.
For å komme i betraktning for rollen:
- Several years in a leading position as Factory Manager/Site Manager/Operations Manager or similar.
- Industrial and/or Mechanical Engineering background.
- Must have knowledge/experience in Production systems, Lean, TPM, SOP (used to write instructions), safety regulations, ISO.
- Proven track-record of strong leadership capabilities, delivering results using an agile and empowering leadership style.
- Experience in successfully managing various stakeholders and business partners on all levels of the organization, as well as external partners.
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral, in german and english.
Om prosessen:
The assignment is planned to last for 6-7 months at full time, starting in mid January 2026.
We present candidates on December 8th and customer interviews are conducted on December 9th.
