Interim Senior Operations Manager / Warehouse Operations Manager

Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Senior Operations Manager / Warehouse Operations Manager to a multinational industrial company. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the distribution center and driving strategic improvement projects to optimize operations. The position is located in Västmanland. 

Main duties:

• Coach both leadership and employees and promote a culture characterized by commitment, responsibility, and high performance.
• Have overall responsibility and lead all operational warehouse processes.
• Transform strategy into concrete action plans that maximize productivity and delivery precision.
• Manage collaboration with external partners and internal departments to create a seamless and integrated supply chain.
• Initiate and manage change initiatives in automation and process development to strengthen warehouse operations efficiency.

To be eligible for the role:

• Experienced leader with experience from large organizations in warehousing and industry.
• Very deep understanding of logistics flows.
• Proven success in navigating complex organizations through extensive change journeys and projects.
• A confident and analytical decision-maker who, through attentive leadership and clear communication, can motivate staff in demanding environments.
• Strong commercial understanding with the ability to optimize cost structures without compromising quality or safety.
• You are flexible, self-motivated, and very confident in your leadership skills.

About the process
