Interim Lessor
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Lessor to a real estate company in the Stockholm area.
As an Interim Lessor, you will work proactively on the leasing of commercial premises and develop relationships with potential tenants. You will be part of a team of landlords and managers and report to a leasing manager.
To be eligible for the role:
- Previous work experience in a role as a landlord in a real estate company.
- Independent in their work, and used to working proactively.
- You have a holistic understanding of the processes behind a contract and the conditions that must be in place for a profitable deal.
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last part-time (approx. 75%) for 6 months starting immediately. We present candidates on an ongoing basis and interviews at the client company take place in connection with this.
