Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim senior accounting manager within a Nordic group company. You will play a key role in streamlining and refining the accounting unit. You will report to the Group CFO. The position is based in Stockholm.
Main duties:
- Responsible for driving and implementing a transformation journey and streamlining the accounting unit.
- Act as team lead for the accounting team.
- Ensure good knowledge, structure, and provide advice on consolidated accounting.
- Be hands-on and active in daily accounting work.
To be eligible for the role:
- Senior and experienced accounting economist.
- Documented expertise in consolidated accounting.
- Experience of driving transformation work/streamlining an accounting unit and its processes.
- You are hands-on and involved in day-to-day operations.
- Excellent communication skills in an international and team leadership context.
- Meritorious: experience as an accounting manager/director.
- Meritorious: experience with the AARO consolidation system.
About the process
The assignment will be carried out at 80-100% FTE, starting in mid-January and is expected to last for approximately 12 months.
