Interim Search has been tasked with appointing an interim Retail Director to a group with a turnover of approximately 30 billion spread across approximately 1,000 employees. You will be part of the group management team and report to the CEO.
Main duties:
- Overall responsibility for all regions within the group.
- The immediate superior of the Group's District Managers.
- Ensure compliance with budgets and targets in all districts.
- Active member of group management and sounding board for the CEO.
- Ensure strong development/termination of employees.
To be eligible for the role:
- At least 7 years of experience working as a Retail Director.
- Experience in management.
- Experience of leading through managers.
- Results-oriented and analytical.
- Skilled and committed communicator.
