Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an Interim Recruitment Specialist to an e-commerce company based in Sala. The company has a turnover of SEK 6 billion and approximately 1,000 employees.
Main duties:
- Work with recruitment processes, including search methods, sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection.
- Work both independently and in a team, coordinate and drive recruitment projects. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.
- Create compelling employer branding materials.
- Work with social media and other channels to promote the organization.
- Identify and attract candidates in shortage occupations, including implementing strategies to increase recruitment efficiency.
- Conduct competency-based interviews.
To be eligible for the role:
- Several years of experience in recruitment, with an emphasis on executive recruitment and employer branding.
- Experience in attracting talent in shortage occupations and in-depth understanding of recruitment processes, including search methods, sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection.
- Ability to conduct competency-based interviews and assess candidates' potential for leadership positions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling employer branding materials.
- Experience working with social media and other channels to promote the employer as an attractive workplace.
- Analytical skills to evaluate recruitment strategies and a passion for finding and attracting the right talent to the organization.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing work requirements and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written.
About the process:
The assignment is for 100% full-time and is expected to last for 6 months, starting in mid-April. After the assignment period, there are good opportunities for extension and employment.
