Interim Operational Payroll Manager

Your main responsibilities:

• Operationally manage the Swedish payroll department and its team of 4 people.
• Responsible for payroll administration and travel expense management for three companies with a total of about 1,500 employees in Sweden, of which about 500 are blue-collar workers and the rest are white-collar workers.
• Together with your team, be responsible for accurate data management, salary calculation, payroll, pension management, accounting and reporting.
• Ensure an efficient and quality assured payroll process and travel expense management.
• Strategic responsibility and proactive development of company processes, procedures and systems.
• Ensure good cooperation between businesses, local HR and finance functions and employees across the organization.
• Drive the process of changing payroll system and its implementation.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of experience in operational payroll work.
• Good understanding of the entire payroll process.
• At least a post-secondary education in payroll administration.
• Experience in human resources management.
• Experience in changing payroll systems is an advantage.
• Very good process and system skills in payroll administration.
• Experience with collective agreements and a broad perspective.
• Experience working with improvement and efficiency initiatives.
• Experience with HR Plus 6 payroll system, SAP Concur and Time Key is an advantage.
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and has good spoken and written English.

About the process:

The assignment is full-time and is expected to last for about 6 months starting no later than 23/5. We will present candidates to the client company on 28/4 and client interviews will take place on 29/4. Are you available and interested? Apply as soon as possible!
