Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Payroll Specialist to an established company operating in the healthcare sector, with offices in Stockholm.
In the role of interim payroll specialist, you will play an important part in maintaining secure and stable payroll management during a transition period. The focus is on ensuring continuity and quality in day-to-day work.
Main duties:
- Responsibility for the entire payroll process – from payroll data to payment and follow-up
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, laws, and collective agreements
- Work operationally in Agda and Flex HRM
- Support for managers and employees in salary and employment-related matters
To be eligible for the role:
- Several years of experience in payroll management in a similar role
- Very good knowledge of Agda PS
- Experience with collective agreements and a good understanding of Pay Transparency Directive
- You are confident in your abilities, have a positive attitude, and see it as natural to support your colleagues to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- Experience with the Flex HRM system is an advantage
About the process
The assignment comprises at least 50 % and is expected to last for 3 months, with the possibility of extension. The assignment will start on December 1.
