Interim Payroll Specialist

In the role of interim payroll specialist, you will play an important part in maintaining secure and stable payroll management during a transition period. The focus is on ensuring continuity and quality in day-to-day work.

Main duties:

• Responsibility for the entire payroll process – from payroll data to payment and follow-up
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, laws, and collective agreements
• Work operationally in Agda and Flex HRM
• Support for managers and employees in salary and employment-related matters

To be eligible for the role:

• Several years of experience in payroll management in a similar role
• Very good knowledge of Agda PS
• Experience with collective agreements and a good understanding of Pay Transparency Directive 
• You are confident in your abilities, have a positive attitude, and see it as natural to support your colleagues to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• Experience with the Flex HRM system is an advantage

About the process

The assignment comprises at least 50 % and is expected to last for 3 months, with the possibility of extension. The assignment will start on December 1.
