Interim IT Coordinator

We are looking for you who are proactive and driven and have a strong ability to act in the role of interim IT coordinator. You work closely with the company's CIO and are part of the IT management team. The IT function consists of a total of 50 people who together are facing a thorough reorganization.

Main duties:

• Proactively support, relieve and assist the CIO in his daily function
• Support to IT management and overall responsibility for ongoing administration, internal communication and some financial follow-up
• Support to IT management in recruitment and talent management strategy
• Support in the department's process and business development work in the form of strategic assignments and projects in close cooperation with the CIO
• Design and develop processes, models, tools and KPIs for business development
• Coordinate audit, compliance and policies
• Administer and coordinate contract management, support in procurement, negotiation and contracts
• Part of the IT management team and contributes in strategic discussions and decisions

To be eligible for the role, you have:

• Very good IT understanding and experience as administrative support to senior management
• Leadership experience in mission management, project management or change management
• Experience in leading workshops and developing processes, systems or tools within an organization
• Academic experience in systems science, management, business administration or similar would be an advantage
• Very good knowledge of the Office package, in particular PowerPoint and Excel

About the process:
