Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim IT Delivery Manager to an expansive company in Västra Götaland
Main duties:
- Lead the IT delivery team, about 45 people, linked to development in business functions
- Ensuring structure, planning, implementation and priorities
- Primary focus on employee development and performance
- Reporting to the CIO and being part of the IT management team
To be eligible for the assignment:
- Previously completed similar interim assignments
- Experienced leader, across both small and large groups
- Good technical understanding
- Background from transformative environment, expansion journey
- Experience in leading and transforming an IT organization from a traditional support organization to a strategic business partner
- The mission is carried out on site 2-3 days per week
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last approximately 6 months with immediate start
