Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim IT Manager to an international group headquartered in Gothenburg.
In the role of interim IT Manager, the focus is on people management, change management, communication, and business process development.
Main duties:
- Leader and manager of an IT team of +20 employees.
- Change management and people management.
- Ensure supplier relationships and business processes are in line with agreements and develop cost-effective solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate all technical activities.
- Support IT operations and projects, develop Business IT strategies and IT and digitization solutions.
To be eligible for the role:
- Recent experience from similar employment or assignments as an IT Manager in an international context.
- Extensive experience in change management.
- Experience in planning, managing, and implementing business system solutions and IT projects.
- Experience of close collaboration with business stakeholders and with a focus on business processes.
- You are a strong communicator, confident as a leader, and accustomed to leading workshops.
- Experience of various project methods
- German is an advantage.
The assignment is full-time, starts in February, and is expected to last for at least six months. Candidates will be presented to the client in week 6, and interviews with the client company will take place shortly thereafter.
