Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an Interim HR Manager within the finance department at one of Sweden's largest telecom companies. The role is central to the organization's continued development and involves close collaboration with the management team on both strategic and operational HR issues. You will be part of the management team and work closely with the CEO.
Main duties:
- Drive and develop HR work with a focus on structure, policy, labor law, and company-wide procedures.
- Support managers and the management team in strategic HR issues, including organizational development, change management, and culture building.
- Responsible for processes related to employment conditions, contracts, regulatory compliance, and personnel administration.
- Contribute to ensuring an effective and well-functioning HR function that supports the business's goals and working methods.
- Lead and coordinate HR initiatives that improve the work environment, engagement, and leadership development.
To be eligible for the role:
- Are you an experienced HR manager with a background in banking, finance, or similar? Preferably with documented experience of major change processes.
- Do you have solid knowledge of labor law, HR structure, policy work, and organizational development?.
- Are you a business-oriented HR Manager with experience in supporting management teams and contributing to strategic discussions and decisions?.
- Are you unpretentious and confident, with the ability to switch between operational and strategic HR work?.
- Experience of working in subsidiaries within a group is an advantage, as is experience from companies with highly regulated or complex operations.
The assignment is expected to last for eight (8) months on a full-time basis, starting immediately.
