Interim Real Estate Developer

Västfastigheter has an annual investment level of 2.2 billion, rental income is 1.8 billion, the management area is 1,700,000 sqm and it has 500 employees. As an interim Real Estate Developer, you will lead the real estate development at Sahlgrenska. Main responsibilities are:

• Coordinating and running large projects and creating the future of healthcare
• Continuous dialog with the customer
• Overall financial responsibility
• Planning for the long-term development of the property
• Conduct feasibility studies together with client representatives.

You will be supported by colleagues in administration, project management, technical management and operations and services. You have a relevant university degree such as a civil engineer, architect or equivalent and several years of experience in the construction and/or real estate industry with knowledge of project management and the various stages of construction and real estate development processes. Experience as a manager or leader is an advantage. You are communicative, have good collaboration skills, are responsive and customer-oriented and have a strong commitment to your work tasks. You are used to and enjoy having a leading role in various stages of projects and can drive the process forward. You are both operational and strategic and have a good ability to express yourself in both speech and writing.
