Interim Asset Development Manager

Main duties:

• Personnel responsibility and work management for approx. 8 people
• Strategic development and process development on the site together with stakeholders within the organization
• Member of the site's management team
• Procurement for projects
• Stakeholder management, presenting investment studies and investigations to senior management at group level
• Responsibility for the investment database

To be eligible for the role:

• Relevant academic degree
• +5 years of experience in the process industry or investments
• Leadership experience
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in the chemical industry is an advantage
• The assignment is mainly carried out on site at the customer's premises.

About the process:

The assignment is full-time, starting immediately as agreed, and is expected to last for 1-6 months, after which it will transition into permanent employment with the company.
