Since 2014, the HR Sweden association has recognized Sweden's 50 best recruiters. After a thorough nomination process, Wictor Bonde, partner and co-founder of Interim Search, was one of the winners in 2019.
The award Sweden's best recruiters was established by HR Sweden to recognize individuals who have done an exceptional job with their internal and external recruitment. Based on a large number of nominations received, HR Sweden has now selected 50 winners, including Wictor Bonde at Interim Search. The nominations come mainly from clients and are divided into different categories, including recruitment consultants and the network recruiter.
