After several successful years on the Norwegian market via International Desk, Interim Search is now taking the next natural step in its growth journey. During 2026, a dedicated Norwegian business will be established with the ambition of becoming Norway's obvious partner in Interim Management.
Interim Search is today Sweden's largest player in the industry with a very strong reputation. By establishing itself fully in Oslo, the company is strengthening its Nordic position to meet the growing demand for senior expertise.
“We have long had a strong presence in Norway through our international assignments, but demand has now reached a level where it is the right time to fully invest in a local establishment.
