For the past 14 years, he has been a regional manager, where he has successfully established and built up a company specializing in interim services and the recruitment of qualified economists. Patrik's expertise spans a wide range of industries, in both the private and public sectors, from large multinational corporations to smaller growth companies and PE-owned companies. Patrik has a reserve officer's degree from the navy and has subsequently studied behavioral science with a focus on organization, leadership, and economics.
