Leila's career has continued to be marked by change, and she is now a frequently hired interim consultant. She is system-savvy and has alternated between roles as CFO, controller, and group accounting specialist. Among other things, she has been hired to create a structure for consolidated accounting and reporting in companies that have acquired other companies, and she has also had to manage rapid growth in groups that have expanded with many companies in a short period of time. She recently stepped down from an assignment at an IT group where she developed internal processes and digitized financial administration.
