He was headhunted to become head of the internal bank at a well-known consumer goods company, where he was tasked with building the new function from scratch. His success gave his career a further boost and he was offered the role of CFO at a listed company with responsibility for finance, purchasing, legal, HR, and IR. He advanced further and became CFO of an international software company, where he was also promoted to CEO before being headhunted by a world-leading systems development company. His most recent position was as group finance manager for a major bank before he decided to work as an interim consultant a year ago. Since then, he has had a number of smaller assignments and is now looking for an interim line assignment.
