Nicholas has achieved an extraordinary amount during his fifteen-year career. He worked in finance while studying and soon became head of the controlling function at a transport company, responsible for four people and tasked with increasing the company's profitability and the efficiency of the function. He was recruited to an international technology company as a controller with responsibility for the Nordic region. He then made a rapid rise within a listed consumer services company and was promoted from controller to chief controller and then CFO within a three-year period. Nicholas then decided to start working in interim positions and has just completed his fifth assignment. All of his clients have hired him to raise the level of their finance function and act as a sounding board for the CEO in order to develop the business. In several cases, he has played a driving role in raising capital.
Nicholas likes assignments that require fast delivery and rapid changes of pace.
