Karin's first job as IT Manager was for a global information company where she was responsible for all IT related issues at Nordic level. Her most recent position was as IT Manager for the Nordics and Eastern Europe for a global services company where she managed around 20 technicians in eight countries supporting around 2,000 users. There she drove through changes that allowed the IT department to work more proactively and also introduced a common IT service desk and renegotiated all IT contracts.
Karin is highly qualified to drive change projects in IT. She can also help reduce costs and increase service levels in the business, making her a suitable interim candidate for a company with a lagging or advanced IT environment.
