After a long career in strategic sourcing, Felix decided to test his skills in a new context. He started his own interim company and has since contributed to many clients and customers over the years. Working primarily in the energy, manufacturing and industrial sectors, Felix has helped clients drive strategic sourcing activities, establish and maintain supplier contracts, and implement initiatives to ensure proper supplier capacity and implement cost reductions. Recently, Felix was seconded via Interim Search to a medium-sized industrial company in southern Sweden. He helped strengthen supplier agreements, managed purchasing data in ERP systems, established partnerships with new suppliers and developed the overall purchasing strategy.
