Interim Senior Controller

Anna-Karin has worked as a business controller in the process industry for 15 years. Her first job after university was at a well-known oil company. She was then recruited to the pharmaceutical industry by a company that had undergone a series of acquisitions during that period. As several organizations were to be consolidated and integrated, extra high demands were placed on delivery capacity and flexibility. There she had the opportunity to work broadly in controlling and was something of an internal jack-of-all-trades, covering several positions where extra work was required. A year ago, she resigned to start her own interim business and has since been hired by our client, an assignment that has been extended three times.

Anna-Karin is a knowledgeable and adaptable consultant with solid experience from complex organizations, businesses that operate in a highly regulated environment, and functions well during times of change. She particularly enjoys working in organizations with international elements.
