Robert is one of our most experienced consultants, with a 25-year interim career behind him. He is an economist by training, with a background as a CFO, but in recent years he has specialized in financial and business systems, particularly SAP. He is often hired to implement systems or adapt them to financial processes and financial management. Robert was recently hired by an insurance company where he helped design, optimize, and maintain their SAP system. Once the development work was complete, he was also involved in training staff on how to best use the applications according to their needs and objectives. With his extensive experience as a consultant, Robert has seen a variety of industries and organizational structures, giving him broad expertise in configuring and integrating systems according to a company's needs. He can contribute throughout the entire SAP solution journey, from development and implementation to management and improvement work, as well as training, project management, and quality assurance.
