With experience from roles as Investment Manager, PMO Manager, and M&A Consultant, Olof has dedicated his entire professional life to strategy, analysis, and project management. He has led due diligence processes and been operationally involved in numerous acquisitions and sales, primarily in the financial industry but also in the IT sector and a couple of manufacturing companies. For the past two years, Olof has worked as an interim consultant. His most recent assignment was as interim M&A Manager at a listed IT company with a turnover of a couple of billion. Olof was hired to carry out the integration after an acquisition. He was largely responsible for designing the integration strategy for how the work would proceed after the acquisition. Olof's extensive experience of integration processes has given him broad expertise in the entire journey – from personnel strategy to organizational structure, change management, and cultural integration. Although strategy and analysis are his strengths, he also enjoys being operationally involved and working hands-on.
