Nina is a trained economist but has spent the last fifteen years specializing in digitization and ERP integration. After constant approaches from recruitment companies and her own network, she decided to take advantage of market demand and start working as an interim consultant. She has completed several assignments, mainly in Stockholm and Gothenburg. One of her most recent assignments was through Interim Search, where she was primarily responsible for a comprehensive system change within a manufacturing company. Nina joined early in the implementation phase and was involved from requirements specification to completion, integration, and internal training.
With a strong understanding of finance and several successful ERP implementations under her belt, Nina is an excellent resource for driving system projects, primarily in medium-sized and large contexts.
