Josef has eight years of work experience in business controlling. His first job after graduating was in the transaction department of one of the major accounting firms. After several years of analyzing companies, he gained a good overview of what characterizes successful companies. He sought an external line role and, during his years as a controller, has focused on the business side of his employers. In his role as interim controller, he has found the perfect combination of being an advisor to his clients (as he was at the beginning of his career) and the line role that he enjoys. He has been hired by three clients as a qualified business controller and is now looking for his third assignment.
