Vera has extensive experience as a compliance manager in medium-sized and large organizations. As an interim consultant, she is particularly driven by assignments with a change agenda or projects in the development phase. Her most recent assignment was with a Nordic group, where she spent a year and a half building up a compliance function. In addition, she was responsible for implementing a group-wide GDPR policy and other necessary company administration. Vera is now looking for her next assignment in the compliance field. What she enjoys about her professional role is the important task of eliminating risk, keeping up to date with current laws and regulations, and supporting company management with her expertise.
