He started as an interim consultant more than ten years ago and has held significant IT roles in large established companies. Many of his assignments have involved transformation projects, such as outsourcing global IT operations and changing the IT strategy in a manufacturing company, as well as implementing a new IT environment in a service group. Richard's career as an interim manager suits his change-oriented and results-driven approach, and he is now looking for his next assignment, which may well involve major integration projects and digital transformation.
