After a couple of years as a financial controller, Kristian was recruited as CFO at a growing pharmaceutical company. He has continued in the role of CFO but has been an interim consultant for the past three years. Kristian has strong operational skills, is self-sufficient in accounting and has worked for many years with qualified accounting and reporting. His clients have mainly been smaller companies in energy and industry. Kristian is not afraid of dynamic environments and businesses with inadequate accounting processes, but is used to structuring and driving improvement work. Kristian has just stepped down from an assignment where he was responsible for financial statements and reporting at a media company. He also supported the management in financial matters regarding the own business and two foreign subsidiaries.
Kristian thrives in companies with a high growth rate. He has a strong personal drive and is happy to take his own initiative where he sees that it is needed. Kristian likes to be challenged in less structured environments but is also interested in more established companies where the accounting function is well-functioning.
