Interim Chief Financial Officer

This interim consultant has an interesting background of having worked partly successfully in a government environment, partly in Internet companies with a strong commercial focus and a high degree of changeability. Johannes started his post-graduate career in a Private Equity group where he was quickly put in charge of real estate accounting in Germany and the Netherlands. He then moved on to a state-owned media company and then a US listed telecom group in the role of Nordic Accounting Manager. He was externally recruited after two years to become CFO of an IT company and in connection with the acquisition of the company, he went on to become chief accountant of a state-owned transport company, chief financial officer of a real estate group and group financial officer of a municipal association. He then decided to become an interim consultant. In the last four years he has been engaged in three longer assignments as interim Senior Controller and interim CFO for commercial operations.

Johannes is suitable to be hired to take responsibility for improvements to the company's financial control and accounting function, regardless of sector. He sees a challenge in pushing through projects no one else has had the time/knowledge/dare to do and has an ability to create job satisfaction and get colleagues on board.
