Interim Group Controller

It has now been three years since Patrick made the active decision to start working as an interim consultant. He began his career as a controller at a large telecommunications company and later became a business controller at a publicly traded IT company. He was then headhunted as a group controller for a large real estate company, before moving on to the energy sector. At that point, he had been working for ten years and had gained a good understanding of budgeting and forecasting, performance reporting, and analysis, which made him a valuable asset to the CFO. He eventually took over the CFO position at the energy company. After two years, the internal challenges came to an end, and Patrick chose to pursue an interim career. To date, he has been hired as an interim group controller by three clients who are very satisfied with his work.

When changes are needed, such as new processes, implementation of BI systems, increased control, or new reporting procedures, Patrick is a strong and reliable candidate to hire. He is particularly motivated by difficult assignments where he is given a broad mandate to deliver results where others have failed.
