Annika has completed her third interim assignment after 15 years as an employee, most recently as head of Treasury Front Office. She began her career as a Financial Controller, where she worked on setting up cash pools at the European level and subsequently advanced to become head of the company's internal bank. As Group Treasurer, she headed the department that worked with currency risks, liquidity planning, and internal and external loan management. She has also served as Deputy Treasury Manager for an industrial company.
Annika is an interim manager who is particularly suited to medium-sized and large companies in a broad interim treasury role, preferably in companies that need new policies and to introduce new processes and procedures. She is highly motivated by driving development work, which may include implementing treasury/liquidity systems and establishing procedures for cash flows and reporting.
