Johannes started working in the back office of a large bank before moving to the corresponding position in the company's internal bank. After five years of service, he was over-recruited to a sovereign wealth fund with a broadening of tasks and then the opportunity to start working in the middle office. His next employer was a corporate treasury, where he started working in the front office and took over the acting role during an extended parental leave. That experience opened up treasury manager positions and he took up a position as treasury manager for a small real estate company.
