Malou is one of our most experienced consultants. She started out at an accounting firm, where she handled several clients in various industries and of varying sizes. Her career has continued along similar lines, and for the past couple of years she has been working as an interim consultant. Her most recent assignment was at a large company in the transport industry, where Malou stayed for a full ten months. She handled monthly reconciliations, ongoing accounting, and developed the company's financial procedures. One of Malou's main strengths in this role is that, after many qualified assignments in various organizations, she has gained extensive experience in various financial and business systems.
Malou is largely industry-independent and has experience from many different corporate structures and working methods. She enjoys working operationally and proactively to improve efficiency.
