Viola started out as an interim consultant early on. She began as a financial assistant but then advanced to roles as an accounting economist, accounting manager, and controller for both private companies and the public sector. Earlier this year, Viola had a five-month assignment as accounting manager at a billion-dollar wholesale company. There, she performed monthly reconciliations, maintained financial routines, and managed cash flow for the foreign treasury function. She recently stepped down from her latest assignment at a medium-sized construction and real estate company, where she was involved in day-to-day accounting, including project accounting. Viola has broad language skills and, after a long consulting career, has built up solid system expertise.
Viola is largely industry-independent and has experience working with government agencies, for-profit companies, and international corporations. She excels in roles that allow her to work independently and proactively, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
