Interim Accounting Manager

Anna began her career in back office and advanced to group manager in the treasury department before moving internally within the major bank to purely financial and controlling tasks. In her two most recent roles as an employee, she has been responsible for day-to-day accounting, account reconciliation, preparing financial statements, tax returns, VAT returns, reporting, etc. to Financial Supervisory Authority, compiling earnings reports, issuing accounting documentation, developing workflow processes, and documenting job descriptions. Three years ago, she decided to become an interim consultant and has since had a handful of assignments as a senior accounting economist and accounting manager, mainly in the financial sector. She is currently completing an assignment as an accounting manager for a retail chain through us at Interim Search.

Anna is a hands-on and easy-going specialist who enjoys structuring, organizing, and streamlining neglected accounting functions. She is best suited for a transaction-intensive company that needs an extra resource to take responsibility for accounting, preferably in connection with undergoing some form of change process. Our existing customer has given her extra high praise because she was also a breath of fresh air with a zest for work that rubbed off on her colleagues.
