Emma began her career in accounting and was then recruited as Production Controller at the industrial company where she worked. She has continued in similar roles with a focus on production. The positions have varied, some have been specialist in nature, while others have emphasized leadership, where she has led Controllers in various production units. Regardless, she has always been responsible for production controlling, calculations, project management, project follow-up, and ERP system development. Emma has worked in both small, fast-growing companies and large multinational corporations—she believes that she has benefited from having both experiences. Her most recent assignment was at a large manufacturing company. For six months, Emma was responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting results and key figures in production. She helped develop documentation for calculations related to investments, products, and profitability. Before leaving, she also held a training session for managers and production staff, where she reviewed the financial key figures and processes.
Emma is accustomed to both agile small manufacturing companies and large industrial giants. In her next role, she would enjoy working with continuous process improvement.
