Isak comes from management consulting and auditing. A solid background to be able to conduct analysis and strategic advice. It was seven years ago that Isak decided to start as an interim consultant. He enjoys owning his time and is motivated by working with improvement and change for a limited period of time, and then leaving an established organization behind. In the interim role, he has become a valued consultant who has been hired several times by the same client. Many of the assignments have also been extended as his expertise has been needed longer than initially thought. Most of Isak's assignments have been of an operational nature, where he has driven through negotiations and analysis to implement acquisitions and mergers. He is often involved throughout the entire chain, from analysis and valuation, to support during integration and cultural work. He recently left a successful assignment in an IT company where he worked on valuing acquisition opportunities to later proceed with negotiations and to integrate the acquisition operationally.
Isak has a broad range of skills with a strong financial understanding and experience from several different organizations. He enjoys working in an international context.
