Interim Health and Safety Manager

Alexandra works as a health and safety manager and is a relatively new interim consultant. In the consulting role, she has been hired both to cover for a regular work environment manager, or to establish a non-existent work environment work. In the latter assignments, it is mainly about establishing a work environment strategy and policy with both long-term and short-term goals. Also developing concrete action plans to improve the work environment and anchoring these in the organization. Recently, Alexandra was seconded to a Swedish construction company for eight months. She ensured compliance, updated regulations, analyzed risks and created action plans. A large part of the assignment was educational and Alexandra always puts great emphasis on communication and anchoring her plans in the organization and among the employees.

Alexandra can contribute to any organization that needs help with a sustainable work environment. She has experience mainly with large companies in construction and industry.
