Jennifer is a trained economist who, after graduating, worked as a controller in several fast-moving companies. When her most recent employer merged with another company, she was appointed head of controlling, responsible for a team of four controllers. In the years that followed, Jennifer's responsibilities grew, she became a natural part of the management team and drove extensive change projects. As an interim consultant, Jennifer has completed two successful interim assignments. The most recent was through Interim Search, where she helped an IT company develop its reporting structure and forecasting work. She was responsible for seven employees and led them in procuring and integrating BI tools.
