Interim Group Chief Financial Officer

Therese has extensive experience in finance, accounting and group reporting. She has held roles as Chief Financial Officer, Accounting Manager, Financial Controller and Group Accounting Manager. As an interim consultant, she prefers to take on group accounting manager assignments and enjoys the responsibility for accounting and reporting for several units. These are often listed global groups where she is responsible for consolidation, reporting and annual accounts. In some assignments, Therese has driven improvement work - sometimes pure investigation projects at companies that need to get their accounting in order. In other cases, extensive change assignments, including a recently listed company where Therese was responsible for group accounting in a global environment, and ran a project to implement a new consolidation system for an international finance function.

Group Accounting Managers are always in demand in the interim market. Therese is a senior option with extensive experience both as an economist and consultant.
