Emma's career in sales and marketing began early as brand manager for an FMCG company. She then embarked on a long journey in telecommunications, where she rose from sales manager to business area manager with a seat on the company's commercial management team. She then moved on to an IT services group, where she joined the group management team as sales and marketing director. Emma implemented a successful turnaround that resulted in increased sales and significant cost savings. In addition, she built a strong bridge between the sales and marketing departments while developing partnerships to further increase growth. After three years in the role, Emma sought new challenges and entered the interim track through a personal contact.
