Ulf comes from a background in global companies where he has worked with change management on a broad front. He specializes in supply chain management but has also gained in-depth knowledge of IT, corporate law, work environment, and quality over the years. Among other things, he has worked with several different quality and environmental management systems, carried out ISO certifications, and implemented ERP systems together with a variety of different working methods in production, logistics, and supply chain. Ulf was recently hired by a manufacturing company to implement LEAN and Six Sigma in production. The assignment was extended and he stayed on to start up a new factory and develop business-critical parts of production. When he left the client, he had helped to streamline the organization, merge functions and areas of responsibility, and delegate these among key personnel.
