Sara started her career in sales and business development before later specializing in tech roles such as CDO, Head of Digital, and E-commerce Manager—primarily in the retail sector. In January, she completed her first interim assignment, hired out to a large retail chain, where she led a team of 15 people and was primarily responsible for procuring suppliers for a digitalization initiative. This involved, among other things, optimizing e-commerce with the aim of enhancing the end customer experience. Under Sara's leadership, clearer processes and frameworks for measuring KPIs were also introduced.
Sara is a strong leader for companies that want to create structures and prepare for a digitalization journey. She has mainly worked in retail, but is also interested in service companies.
