The client was a healthcare company where Sam was part of the management team, responsible for reporting and developing the finance function and business systems. Since then, the interim assignments have come thick and fast, and Sam has stepped in as interim CFO in companies in the media, manufacturing, telecom, retail, and business services sectors. The majority of the assignments have focused on system development and implementation, as Sam has in-depth expertise in both IT functionality and financial understanding.
