In the early 2000s, he moved back to Sweden and, in his role as controller manager, led a major change process for an international company with a turnover of billions. As a result, Ulf was subsequently appointed CFO, a position that gave him international work experience. Four years ago, Ulf transitioned to becoming an interim consultant and has held positions as CFO in medium-sized and large companies in the IT, construction, food, and engineering industries.
