She continued in finance and insurance and has consistently held analyst-heavy controller roles that have given her experience in building models in Excel, reporting figures, driving analysis projects, and managing systems. After seven positions as an employee at four different companies, Pamela was motivated to change tracks and start her own business as an interim consultant. Since then, she has had a full calendar and has been hired by six different clients in just three years. All of these have been in controlling roles with an emphasis on building forecasting tools and models in Excel and following up on product launches and campaigns.
