Adrienne has progressed from a controller position in a small service company to Controller in a world leading industrial technology company and then promoted to CFO. In this role she had staff responsibility over 17 employees and worked intensively on efficiency improvements and cost reduction. She managed to maintain a positive operating result despite 30 % reduction in revenue. After having been a major part of successfully stabilizing the Swedish business, she chose to move on and work as an interim consultant in 2010. She has so far held 3 interim assignments as interim CFO/ Finance Manager for an education company, a pharmaceutical company and a logistics company respectively with a staff responsibility up to 29 people.

Adrienne is a confident and strong interim manager who is happy to assist organizations with non-functioning staff groups. She is driven by empowering employees and getting them involved in management decisions and increasing the readiness for change in individuals and groups.
