Interim Chief Financial Officer

Jonathan has a background as CFO in the hotel and experience industry where he was Group CFO with experience of building up Shared Service Centers, acquisitions, divestments and responsible for efficiency projects. He then went on to become CFO of a leading venture capital firm with European responsibility for Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT and Human Resources. Most recently, he was CFO of a listed technology company, where the role was influenced by the transactional intensity of the business. After a number of successful years as an employee, he took the decision to work as an interim consultant and will end his second assignment, which is part-time, after the summer.

Jonathan is a highly sophisticated interim CFO who is suitable to be hired as an interim CEO for large listed companies or medium-sized companies undergoing significant change. Ideally, a client in an international context will also benefit from his legal, commercial, strategic and leadership skills.
